Privacy policy
This policy covers the Ista phone app (package com.ista.phone). It was last updated on 11 October 2026.
What the app sends
The app talks only to the shop desk address you type in. It sends:
- Your username and password, so the desk can sign you in.
- Bookings, wait-list notes, and promo codes you submit.
- A login cookie kept on the phone so you stay signed in.
The desk replies with your display name, remaining time, member discount, session, and the shop’s public offers. The app does not ask for your contacts, photos, location, or advertising ID.
Where it is stored
The desk address is saved on the phone. Account and booking records stay on that shop’s Ista server. Ista does not sell this information and does not send it to an advertising network.
How to delete it
Sign out in the app to drop the login cookie on that phone. To remove the account itself, ask the shop that created it, or email hasan.istanbuli@outlook.com.
